NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair is hiring a Concrete Laborer to join our production team in Manassas, VA. You will work with experienced foremen on concrete repair projects, learn PolyLevel/NexusPro applications, and contribute to high-quality results for homeowners.

The role emphasizes physical labor, teamwork, and safety, with a focus on growth and hands-on skill development within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors and in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.
• Prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other repair products.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
