Job summary

Covenant Concrete Constructors LLC is seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter to join our Field team in Tennessee. You will interpret blueprints, set up forms, pour and finish concrete, and work with other trades to ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and concrete materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and understand blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, steel, and other materials to form molds for pouring concrete.
  • Set up concrete forms and ensure they are properly aligned and leveled.
  • Pour, spread, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Install embedded items such as anchor bolts and steel plates.
  • Apply various finishes to concrete surfaces, including smoothing and texturing.
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as concrete finishers and construction professionals, to achieve project goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Monitor curing processes and make necessary adjustments
