Covenant Concrete Construction LLC in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to support our skilled crew with pouring, finishing, and maintaining concrete work. You will assist in forms, mixing, pouring, and finishing, while following safety protocols and collaborating with teammates.

No prior concrete experience is required as we will train the right candidate. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities and a hands-on start in the construction industry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of concrete forms and molds before pouring.
• Mix concrete materials and assist in pouring concrete into designated forms.
• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power equipment.
• Operate power tools such as concrete saws, jackhammers, and vibrators under the guidance of experienced workers.
• Assist in the installation of rebar and other structural materials.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area on a regular basis.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying heavy materials.
