Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is hiring a Concierge to join the Skilled Nursing team at The Commons in Lincoln, MA. This front desk role is for those who love hospitality and delivering personalized service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities include being the hub of communications, providing a welcoming image, multitasking across tasks, and showing attention to detail. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service are preferred, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Clinical experience desired
