Benchmark Senior Living's The Commons in Lincoln, MA is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the welcoming face at the front desk, providing personalized hospitality to residents and guests.

As part of our Independent Living team, you will handle communications, support a smooth daily flow, and contribute to a warm, caring community.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years customer service, and excellent telephone skills; hotel/retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

• Hotel/Resort experience a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for serving people.

We are hiring a Concierge to join our Independent Living team at The Commons in Lincoln, MA campus! Is personalized service your specialty? Our Concierge is the face of the business and key to each resident and guest experience. This front desk role is for those who love hospitality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
