Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is hiring a Concierge for The Commons in Lincoln, MA. This front desk role is the face of the business and the go-to for residents and guests, delivering personalized service with a hospitality mindset.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of customer service experience and strong telephone communication skills. The position offers part-time hours, with opportunities to engage in a caring community focused on aging with dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides an excellent first impression to residents and guests projecting a welcoming, professional image.
• Functions as the 'hub' of communications throughout the community for residents, visitors and staff.
• Is a high level multi-tasker, able to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Pays great attention to detail, is observant and intuitive.
• Hotel/Resort experience a plus.

We are hiring a Concierge to join our Independent Living team at The Commons in Lincoln, MA campus! Is personalized service your specialty? Our Concierge is the face of the business and key to each resident and guest experience. This front desk role is for those who love hospitality.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provides an excellent first impression to residents and guests projecting a welcoming, professional image at all times.
• Functions as the "hub" of communications throughout the community for our residents, visitors and staff.
• Is a high level multi-tasker, able to manage numerous tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Pays great attention to detail, is observant and intuitive.
• Hotel/Resort experience a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for serving people.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent telephone communication skills
