LES MAISONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION is seeking full and part-time concierge staff to welcome residents and visitors at an upscale condominium. Responsibilities include assisting with in-unit issues, guiding vendors, parking cars, receiving deliveries, and maintaining common areas.

Shifts run seven days a week from early morning to evening with staff covering varied hours. The role emphasizes courteous service, safety, and reliable assistance to residents and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents, guests, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Park cars and receive deliveries.
• Carry packages, groceries, etc.
• Assist residents with in-unit issues (changing light bulbs, replacing smoke detector batteries).
• Clean common areas as needed; assist with occasional snow shoveling.
• Water flowers and flower pots; maintain curb appeal and security presence.

Functions include: meeting and greeting residents, guests, vendors, suppliers and contractors; parking cars; receiving deliveries;carrying packages, groceries, etc.;assisting residents with in-unit issues such as changing light bulbs, replacing smoke detector batteries, etc.; cleaning common areas of the property when and as needed; occasional minor snow shoveling; flower and flower pot watering; providing appearance of overall security to residents and property.Conciergeservices are providedseven days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM by a staff offive employees working various shifts.
