As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Omaha, NE
• Set schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift (Saturday & Sunday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.) or 2nd Shift (Monday through Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
• Hourly wage: $25.36 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (a plus)
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be 21 years or older
