GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Shift Lead Officer in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead a security team, provide outstanding customer service, and oversee patrols and incident reporting across shifts in a retail/office environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of Supervisor/Shift Lead or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coaching abilities to grow the force and reputation positively.
• Excellent people skills to grow and maintain the force during the shift.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering success.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• Valid Driver License.
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification within 7 days of offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the top priority.
• Act as a team player and support shift operations.
• Observe and report activity at the assigned site.
• Perform patrols on foot and by vehicle to deter incidents.
• Reduce vagrancy, theft, vandalism, and threats for a safe experience.
• Respond rapidly in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports and enforce procedures.
• Operate and maintain vehicle and equipment safely.
• Help develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate security officers on shift.
• Inspect and maintain security equipment regularly.
• Document and report unusual activities to site management and authorities.
• Keep logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information.
