Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems.
• Observe, report, and document incidents and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property for security and order.
• Maintain situational awareness and respond to emergencies or concerns.
• Follow post orders, company policies, and client procedures.
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors.
• Use equipment for security and monitoring tasks responsibly.
