GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a part-time Concierge Security Officer in St. Louis, MO. The role emphasizes customer service as you engage with visitors, verify identities, and guide responses in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will handle access control, patrol for risks, inspect equipment, and coordinate with emergency teams while delivering professional security for people and property. A strong service orientation and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Diploma or GED on file
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
