GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in St. Louis, MO. The role emphasizes customer service as you engage with visitors, verify identities, and guide people through access points in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The position offers two schedules: part-time from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday–Friday, and full-time 11 p.m.–7 a.m. on a Wednesday–Sunday rotation. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better.
• You have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like greeting visitors and verifying identity.
• Manage access control.
• Perform patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
