The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer and phone proficiency, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and customers
• Verify identity and guide visitors
• Control access points and monitor entrances
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Create badges for employees, vendors and guests
