Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide them as needed
• Manage access control and security checkpoints
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Create badges for employees, vendors, and guests
• Be computer literate and learn new programs
• Prior security experience not required; badging experience is a plus
