Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Boulder is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to deliver excellent customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will greet visitors, verify identities, control access, and patrol to identify risks.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Valid state license if required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity; manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and report issues.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Record incidents with clear reports and communicate concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone; assist visitors.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
