Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Jenks, Oklahoma to provide outstanding customer service in offices, hotels, and retail settings. You will greet visitors, verify identities, control access, and perform regular patrols to deter risks.

The role requires 21+, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Possess High School Diploma or GED.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to pass an extensive background screening process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
