Are you ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role?

As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site location: Louisville, KY
• Part-time schedule: Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Providing customer service: welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (a plus!)
• State license if required
