GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide premier customer service in dynamic environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will engage with visitors, verify identities, control access, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Role offers full-time schedules, uniform provided, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must hold PPSB license and CPR certification, be authorized to work in the U.S., and pass a thorough screening

Qualifications

• Must have PPSB License.
• CPR Certified Required.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity and guide guests.
• Manage access control at entrances and restricted areas.
• Conduct regular patrols and identify security risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document interactions.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
