GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is looking for a Concierge Security Officer to deliver frontline customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You’ll welcome visitors, verify identities, manage access, and patrol to identify risks.

This role emphasizes building connections and reassuring interactions. Ideal candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., have a HS diploma or GED, and can pass an extensive screening.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
