Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer usage.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity and guide guests.
• Manage access control and conduct regular patrols.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams as needed.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
