Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Hold a state BSIS Guard Card and 32-hour trainings (additional trainings possible during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors as part of customer service
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
• De-escalate situations and maintain command presence
• Enforce facility access rules and request non-employees to leave when needed
