Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hours BSIS security trainings required.
• Exceptional customer service and basic phone/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Manage access control and patrol assigned areas.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
