Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Denver, CO to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property. You will welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide guests across shifts in office towers, hotels, and retail environments.

This full-time position offers a $20.00 hourly wage, Sunday-Thursday 6AM-2PM (40 hours/week), with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
