Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services seeks a Concierge Security Officer in Denver, CO to deliver exceptional customer service while welcoming visitors and guiding them through access procedures.

You will perform access control, patrols, and incident response, reporting findings promptly. This full-time role offers a set Sunday-Thursday schedule (6AM-2PM), $20/hour, benefits, uniform provided, and growth opportunities at GardaWorld Security Services.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with basic phone and computer use
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests
• Manage access control and visitor screening
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of people and property
