Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Longmont, CO is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service, verify identities, manage access, and patrol facilities such as offices, hotels, and retail venues.

This full-time role offers a set schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 5 PM–1 AM), a $20.75 hourly wage, uniform supplied, and benefits. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and screening.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass extensive screening and background checks.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and verify identities of visitors.
• Manage access control and guide visitors as needed.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
