Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21+ and pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• One year of security experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr BSIS trainings preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity
• Manage access control and guide visitors
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid as needed
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
