GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador.

As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, on all shifts.

• Site Location: St. Louis, MO
• Part-time schedule: Sunday 3rd shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Hourly wage: $19/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency services
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
