As a Security Officer – Concierge, customer service is a priority, as you will interact with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: The Hartford
• Set schedule:
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 1pm to 8pm
• Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm

Competitive hourly wage of $17.75 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding them
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting issues
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
