GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Concierge Security Officer - Lobby/Patrol? Your ability to build meaningful connections is key. Share how your natural engagement skills reassure and inspire confidence.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, customer service is a top priority. You will work with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Location: Sparks, NV
• Set Schedule: 36 - 48 hours per week
• Shift: Wednesday - Saturday: 1945 to 0815 (Graveyard shift)
• Competitive hourly wage of $21 / hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Observe, survey, and report activities at your location
• Respond rapidly in critical situations
• Write detailed reports
• Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards
• Manage access control by checking IDs and maintaining order in the lobby
• Patrol inside and outside, using cars safely if needed
• Stand, sit, or walk as required during your shift

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid PILB license
• Driver's license with a clean record
• Superior people skills
• Pass an extensive screening process
• At least 1 year of security experience
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Physical stamina to walk, sit, or stand during shifts
• Strong work ethic
• U.S. citizen or naturalized
