Role Overview: As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, engaging with visitors and ensuring their safety in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Building meaningful connections and reassuring confidence are key aspects of this role.

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
• Hourly Wage: $18.39 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Greeting and verifying visitors, managing access control
• Performing patrols and inspecting security equipment
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering inquiries and writing incident reports
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Active DCJS License
• Ability to pass screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
