Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Fountain Hills, AZ. The role centers on customer service, greeting visitors, verifying identities, and guiding people in office towers, hotels, and shops.

The schedule runs 6:00am–6:00pm Saturday/Sunday and 6:00am–2:00pm for a 32-hour week, at $21.50 per hour. GardaWorld offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, disability, life insurance, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• If you have security, military or law enforcement background it’s a plus
• You may hold a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identities
• Control access to facilities
• Conduct regular patrols and report risks
• Inspect security equipment and coordinate maintenance
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid as needed
• Assist visitors with directions and information
• Prepare incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property
