Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property at our Fountain Hill location. You will greet visitors, verify identity, control access, and respond to incidents on a 32-hour weekly schedule with a 6:00am–6:00pm shift on weekends.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and verify identity of visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
