GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in North Phoenix, AZ. You will deliver excellent customer service while safeguarding people and property across office towers, hotels, and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
