Marathon Health is seeking an RN to work with a concierge physician to provide healthcare services and health coaching for corporate clients. The RN collaborates with front and back-office teams, performs patient assessments, uses EMR extensively, and ensures physicians have necessary resources.

The role emphasizes patient satisfaction, coordination of care, and maintaining a high level of clinical and administrative performance in a busy primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification and nursing license to practice in the state for which you are applying.
• Minimum of one year experience in primary care.
• At least two years working in an administrative capacity.

Responsabilités

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview and assess patients and report findings to physician.
• Extensive use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Perform venipuncture and basic lab tests; coordinate with labs for additional tests.
• Assist with medical procedures; administer injections and vaccinations.
• Coordinate off-site wellness events as needed.
