Marathon Health Inc. is seeking an RN to work with a concierge physician delivering healthcare services and health coaching for corporate clients. You will handle front and back-office duties, assess patients, and ensure physicians have the tools to succeed.

The role requires a patient-first approach and a focus on satisfaction goals. Core duties include clinical and administrative support, venipuncture, vaccinations, and coordinating wellness events.

Formación

• BLS certification and a nursing license to practice in your state.
• Minimum of one year experience in primary care and at least two years in an administrative capacity.
• Exceptional phlebotomy skills; willingness to become a Certified Health Coach.

Responsabilidades

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview and assess patients and report findings to physician.
• Extensive use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Perform venipuncture and basic lab tests; coordinate with contracted labs.
• Administer injections and vaccinations; assist with procedures.
• Coordinate off-site wellness events and health coaching duties.
• Maintain infection control procedures and manage supplies.
• Facilitate patient flow and coordinate referrals; respond to calls as needed.
• Make every patient visit a positive, supportive experience.
