Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification and nursing license to practice in the state applied.
• Minimum of one year experience in primary care.
• At least two years working in an administrative capacity and phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview and assess patients and report findings to physician.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests; coordinate with contracted labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and administer injections and vaccinations.
• Maintain patient flow and scheduling; coordinate referrals and care outside the clinic.
• Respond to calls from patients, pharmacies, and other medical offices as delegated by physician.
• Fulfill medical record requests and abstraction.
