Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our concierge physician team serving corporate clients. The RN will perform clinical and administrative duties, assess patients, communicate with physicians, and ensure resources are available to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, vaccinations, EMR usage, patient flow management, and coordinating referrals. A valid state RN license and BLS are required, with 1 year of primary care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in primary care; 2 years in administrative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview and assess patients and report findings to physician.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests; work with contracted labs.
• Administer injections and vaccinations.
• Maintain patient flow and scheduling; coordinate referrals.
• Manage supplies and inventory; ensure infection control throughout the clinic.
