Role:

An important role that sets the tone of first impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the front desk and telephone, providing assistance through administrative and clerical duties to support the Juniper Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized workspace, including waiting and concierge areas.
  • Assists the marketing department as needed with phone calls and database work.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, forwards, and takes messages as appropriate.
  • Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, and preparing community invitations, notices, flyers, etc., as directed.
  • Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move-ins, resident assessments, transportation, preparing resident files, and assisting with onboarding/hiring processes as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • Aptitude for math and computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Previous healthcare or service-related experience is preferred.
