Job summary

The Village at The Woodlands Waterway in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a hospitality-focused PRN Concierge to warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors on-site. You will be the first friendly face visitors see and help manage daily tasks with a service-first mindset.

This PRN role requires weekend/weekday availability across shifts and involves handling deliveries, maintenance requests, and office support for the Business Office Manager. Benefits are available based on status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

The Village at The Woodlands Waterwayis recruiting for a hospitality focused PRN Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Shift available is prn- must be available to work any shift.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
