Provincial Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our team. You will provide daytime and second-shift coverage, greet guests, manage calls, and relay messages with accuracy in a senior living setting.
You will support residents and team members by coordinating calls, tours, mail, and appointments, while maintaining a neat front desk and following company policies. Prior customer service experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED is recommended.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing daytime and second shift coverage as needed to the concierge team. Concierge tasks include greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages, and providing information of a general nature.
