Talent With Heart seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an immediate placement in Owings Mills, MD. This physician-led concierge group operates with a full patient panel on-site, offering a dedicated clinical pod and strong support staff.

The role emphasizes relationship-based care, preventive health, and long-term patient coaching. Eligible candidates hold US MD/DO, board certification, and Maryland licensure with substantial primary care experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with US medical education
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Maryland license or license eligible for immediate credentialing
• 5–20 years of primary care experience
• Patient-centered, preventative health focus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care in outpatient setting
• Care for incoming waitlist of patients in on-site pod
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators and health coaches
• Share after-hours phone call responsibilities
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation per standards
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention and wellness
