Job summary

Workforce Recruiter seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge medical group in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on high-quality outpatient care with a relationship-based approach.

The physician will see 8-10 patients daily, collaborate with nutritionists, mental health specialists, and other experts, and provide preventive care while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited US medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with focus on preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care with a relationship-based approach.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Deliver preventive care and patient education.
