Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an established, physician-led concierge group in Richmond, VA.

In this outpatient role, you will see 8–10 patients daily, participate in a shared on-call rotation, and work with a supportive team to deliver preventive, wellness-focused care. Comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team; share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health, integrative medicine, exercise physiology).
• Ensure accurate documentation and foster long-term patient relationships with focus on prevention and wellness.
