Job summary

Proactive Medical in Oro Valley, AZ seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge/boutique primary care practice. You will enjoy autonomy, a focus on prevention, and a balanced lifestyle with a four-day work week and a panel of ~400 patients.

Eligible candidates include new grads as well as experienced physicians. The compensation includes a $250,000 base salary, sign-on and annual performance bonus, extensive PTO, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Arizona medical licensure eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a concierge setting.
• Deliver preventive, chronic disease, and acute care services.
• Conduct personalized health planning and patient education.
