Proactive Medical in Oro Valley, Arizona seeks Board Eligible/Certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a concierge practice with a ~400-patient panel and longer appointment times. A thriving concierge/boutique primary care practice in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team. We welcome both experienced physicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering personalized, prevention-focused care.

This unique opportunity offers the ability to practice medicine the way it was intended, with a highly manageable patient panel of approximately 400 patients, longer appointment times, and the autonomy to focus on quality rather than volume.

Compensation & Benefits

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a concierge medicine setting, including:

• Preventive care and wellness services

• Chronic disease management

• Acute care visits

• Personalized health planning

• Patient education and lifestyle counseling

• In-office procedures

Required Procedural Skills

Candidates should be proficient in:

• Shave biopsies and lesion removal procedures

• Incision and drainage (I&D)

• Simple and complex suturing

• Staple placement and removal

• Joint injections

• Trigger point injections

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure

• Strong procedural skills as listed above
