Job summary

American Academy of Family Physicians in Cashiers, NC is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician for a concierge primary care practice. You’ll care for a small, engaged panel with 60-minute visits and a light schedule of 5–7 patients per day, outpatient only and no hospital duties.

Expect a guaranteed base salary of $400,000, four weeks of PTO plus paid holidays, and a lifestyle-friendly schedule (Mon–Thu, 8am–5pm, plus every other Friday 8am–1pm).

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive care and wellness.
• Appreciates long-term patient relationships and personalized care.
• Desire to practice comprehensive medicine without high volume constraints.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care with 60-minute appointments.
• Manage a capped panel of around 350 patients.
• Provide preventive and wellness-focused care in a concierge setting.
• No hospital admissions or inpatient duties.
