• 5+ years in Practice Management in concierge/ longevity settings.
• Experience leading teams of 6–15 employees.
• Experience with cash-pay models and memberships.
• Experience overseeing practices generating $3M+ annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff.
• Lead daily huddles, meetings, and operational reviews.
• Ensure concierge-level patient experience.
• Manage front desk, scheduling, check-in/out.
• Monitor billing, cash-pay revenue, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain inventory and vendor relationships.
