Purposelink Recruitment presents an opportunity for a Physician in concierge medicine. The role focuses on building enduring patient relationships, coordinating preventive and comprehensive care, and leading a multidisciplinary care pod in a premier Silicon Valley setting.

You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with precision, mentor an RN and PCA, and deliver bespoke health reports and roadmaps to empower patients toward optimal well‑being.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑time patient care experience, including 1–2+ years in a high‑volume clinical setting.
• Credentials from a Top 50 US or European institution across at least two training milestones, or a Top 10 program credential.
• Highly collaborative clinician with leadership presence and attention to detail, dedicated to elevating patient care.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with patients to manage holistic physical, preventive, and psychological well‑being.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and complex chronic conditions with clinical precision.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated RN and PCA, ensuring a seamless, high‑touch care experience.
• Develop personalized, detailed health reports and care roadmaps to guide patients and internal teams toward long‑term goals.
