Our client is a concierge primary care practice hiring physicians for multiple on-site locations in California and New York. Base compensation starts at $300K with an OTE of up to $1M, scalable with panel size and tenure, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-time clinical patient care experience, including 1–2+ years in a high-volume setting.
• MD from a top-50 US or European medical program.
• Strong academic and clinical pedigree with durable credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a dedicated patient panel.
• Manage chronic and acute care needs, including illness and injury.
• Track physical development and psychological well-being over time.
• Lead a care team with a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator.
• Create personalized reports and care plans for health goals.
