Job summary

Biograph seeks a physician to provide direct, longitudinal care to members in clinic and via telemedicine, synthesizing multi-disciplinary data into personalized plans. You will interpret findings with nutritionists, exercise physiologists, radiologists and cardiologists, communicating risk and results clearly.

You will partner with the Medical Director to implement protocol development, governance and service delivery as the San Mateo clinic grows, maintaining detailed EMR records and ensuring

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with strong primary care background.
• Excellent communication skills, especially around risk and uncertainty.
• Fluent in working with EHR systems and HIPAA requirements.
• Able to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, longitudinal care to members in clinic and via telemedicine.
• Synthesize multi-disciplinary data into a personalized care plan.
• Interpret findings with nutritionists, exercise physiologists, radiologists, cardiologists and other specialists.
• Communicate risk stratification and results clearly to members.
• Build long-term relationships to support adherence and outcomes.
• Partner with Medical Director to implement and refine clinical protocols and care pathways.
• Contribute to governance and quality standards for clinic services.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and stay current with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning as the clinic grows.
